The Marqués de Riscal restaurant can claim the position it deserves in the top restaurants of Spain with its innovative gourmet flavours thanks to the extraordinary collaboration of Francis Paniego, head chef who received a Michelin star for his previous work at restaurant Echaurren Vadezcaray and executive chef Ramón Piñeiro, whose long experience also includes a Michelin star  for his outstanding efforts at restaurant Portal de Echaurren.

The perfect marriage of traditional wines from Rioja with the most avant-garde cuisine has led to highly acclaimed special dishes.

Marqués de Riscal Restaurant, which also offers stunning views of Elciego and the Rioja wineyards, is open Tuesday through Saturday from 1:30 pm to 3:15 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 pm to 22:30 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 pm to 22:30 pm.
