Creamy hare Rice,
vegetables, mushrooms and paprika from Vera

Hake in batter candied at 45º
on a base of roasted peppers with rice soup

Pheasant in Crépine over Collard and Almond cream

You will close with:

Sweet toast with Cameros cheese,
reineta apples and honey ice cream
